Qbitia has been selected as a beneficiary of the IAFINANFORALL and 3LLMAINEXOS projects, two collaborative R&D&I initiatives focused on developing new artificial intelligence solutions for the financial sector.
Qbitia is participating as a beneficiary in two projects under the Nexos programme, promoted by the Axencia Galega de Innovación to foster cooperation between SMEs and other stakeholders within the regional innovation system.
The projects are being carried out in collaboration with Coinscrap Finance, S.L. and Dooingit Ciberseguridad, S.L. The three organisations will combine their technological capabilities to research and develop new artificial intelligence solutions for the financial sector.
Both projects are classified as experimental development initiatives and are co-financed by the European Union under the Galicia ERDF Programme 2021–2027.
IAFINANFORALL: explainable artificial intelligence for financial inclusion
The IAFINANFORALL project — Explainable Artificial Intelligence Platform for Financial Inclusion — aims to research and develop a platform that applies explainable artificial intelligence techniques to the financial sector.
The initiative seeks to advance solutions capable of delivering more understandable and transparent outcomes, helping to ensure that artificial intelligence can be used responsibly in processes related to financial access and inclusion.
3LLMAINEXOS: a responsible and secure financial AI architecture
The 3LLMAINEXOS project — Development of a Three-Layer Financial Artificial Intelligence Architecture Based on Responsible, Secure and Supervised LLMs — will focus on researching and developing a new architecture for the use of language models in the financial sector.
The proposed architecture will be designed to strengthen responsibility, security and human oversight in the application of these models. These aspects are particularly important in a sector subject to stringent requirements relating to reliability, control and regulatory compliance.
Qbitia’s role
Qbitia will participate in the experimental development activities assigned within both projects, contributing its expertise in software design and development, process automation, data management and the creation of technology solutions for the financial sector.
Qbitia’s participation in IAFINANFORALL and 3LLMAINEXOS reinforces its strategy of collaborating with other technology companies to transform research outcomes into market-ready solutions.
IAFINANFORALL and 3LLMAINEXOS have received funding from the Axencia Galega de Innovación of the Xunta de Galicia and are co-financed by the European Union.
